Our stay at The Balmoral was enjoyable overall. The location was convenient, with the racecourse and city just a short distance away. The house was nicely decorated and clean, with comfortable bedrooms and excellent facilities. Parking was also not a problem. Although there were some minor inconveniences such as steep stairs and a toilet downstairs, they did not significantly impact our stay. I would recommend this property for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The apartment was simply stunning! The decoration was mind-blowing, with beautiful carpets in the bedrooms and lovely period features throughout. It was super clean and comfortable, and the facilities were jaw-dropping - from the state-of-the-art shower to the convenient washing machine and dishwasher. Parking was not a problem at all, and the location was superb, being close to both the racecourse and the city. We were also impressed with the little outdoor seating area, perfect for enjoying some fresh air. The nearby cafes, Indian restaurant, and shops were all within easy reach and of top-notch quality. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, off-site car park, electric kettle, cookware/kitchen utensils, and flat-screen TV. Plus, the outdoor dining area was a delightful bonus. And of course, it was great to have a no-smoking policy on-site. our stay was absolutely fantastic!

This place was seriously mind-blowing! The decor was absolutely stunning, so beautifully done. And talk about clean - it was spotless! The facilities were top-notch too, with a washing machine and dishwasher that made our stay super convenient. And let's not forget about the shower - it was like stepping into a spa, seriously jaw-dropping! Parking wasn't really an issue, which was a relief. The location was perfect, with the racecourse right nearby and the city just a short walk away. The local cafe, Indian restaurant, and shops were great too, making everything super convenient. And can I just say, the carpet in the bedrooms was just wow! Plus, having a little outdoor seating area was a nice touch. All in all, this place was absolutely superb and we couldn't have been happier with our stay.

Parking was not really a problem, which was a great convenience. The location was good, as we could easily walk to the nearby cafe, Indian restaurant, and shops. The hotel had a tasteful decor and was kept spotlessly clean. The period features added a lovely touch to the overall ambiance. We were also pleased with the closeness to the racecourse and the city, making transportation easy. The staff were friendly and helpful.

    Nothing, all excellent.

Great location, close to racecourse and city. Property was recently redecorated and had lovely period features. The cleanliness was impressive, and the facilities, such as the washing machine and dishwasher, were excellent.

There were a few drawbacks during our stay. there was a major leak from the bathroom which caused dampness in the kitchen and bathroom.

The Balmoral had a lovely garden and terrace, perfect for enjoying the free WiFi while sipping a cup of tea. The towels were a nice touch, very useful for drying off after a day of exploring.

The stairs were so steep, I practically needed climbing gear to navigate them.
